At ECCA, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our HGH products, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products with broken safety seals.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@ecca.info with proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.
- After approval, send the product to the return address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of your refund status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products returned after 14 days but within 21 days (subject to a 20% restocking fee).
- Items not in their original condition or missing packaging.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@ecca.info.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
